British Museum 2008

22 & 24 December 2008

I wanted to spend a few days at the British Museum to see how well I had learned to read hieroglyhics.  I could understand about a quarter of what I read--not bad for only studying as a hobby for one year.  I actually had a handful of people, including a nice couple from Louisiana, stop me ask ask if I could actually read the writings.  The museum was crowded both days but not too bad.
