Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Questions by card name.
Airborne
- How many individual Airborne squads can attack each turn? Each
one
is attacking separately as a single squad.
Medallion Simulations answers: If you are not using transport
aircraft
(found in 2nd Edition), only 1 Airborne Squad may attack per turn.
M-26 Pershing
- Have you seen the M-26 Pershing?
I've never seen this ultra rare card; but, Mike Jason reports its
statistics
as: Att: 13, Def: 11, Fuel: 3, Ammo: 3, AA/2, Special: May FIRST ATTACK
versus any vehicle in the Open or Hills.
French Squad, Partisans
- Can U.S. Leaders lead French Partisans? Will this let them
combine
their defense against the Waffen SS's special attack?
Medallion Simulations answers: No, U.S. Leaders may not group
together
any units other than those they are designed for. We [Medallion
Simulations]
do this for many reasons too numerous to list. The specialty units like
SS
and Partisans are meant to be "spice" and not the main course, so to
keep
from game imbalances, they are to operate independently only.
German Squad, Waffen SS
- Can German Leaders combine Waffen SS squads so that they can
combine
their special ability attacks as a single unit against Partisans?
Medallion Simulations answers: No. We [Medallion Simulations]
do
this for many reasons too numerous to list. The specialty units like SS
and
Partisans are meant to be "spice" and not the main course, so to keep
from
game imbalances, they are to operate independently only.
