During graduate school at Vanderbilt University (1988-93) I ran and played Hidden Kingdom with a local gaming group. My notes are spotty but here they are.
I ran a game of Hidden Kingdom.

Through 6 September, Sauseyes' Battle Ax is Enchanted.
Start the morning of 5 September in Hex #4007 in castle. They encountered five dwarves. Later a manticore. On 19 September they encountered some more dwarves and three dwarven squires.
22 September: Lady Vivian enchants Nabon's ax.

3 October: Encounter three wood nymphs. Encounter a hydra. Lady Vivian hears voices for two days. Must have cast a spell.
5 October: Helyn gains an Angel of Protection - probably as the result of a miracle.
7 October: A peasant revolt - probably a curse for casting another spell.
